Return costs
Return costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of an error on our part or a defective product.
Refund processing
Once the return is received and verified, we will refund the original payment method within 5 to 10 working days.
You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been processed.
Damaged or incorrect items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 72 hours at support@willowandco.fr with a photo. We will offer you an exchange, credit note, or refund.
