At Willow & Co, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have a period of time to return your order and request a refund.

Return conditions

To be eligible for a refund, the returned item must:

• Be in its original condition, unused, unwashed

• Be returned in its original packaging

• Be accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or invoice)

Returns are not accepted for personalized items, gift cards, or consumable products (except in cases of defect).

Return costs

Return costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of an error on our part or a defective product.

 

Refund processing

Once the return is received and verified, we will refund the original payment method within 5 to 10 working days.
You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been processed.

 

Damaged or incorrect items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 72 hours at support@willowandco.fr with a photo. We will offer you an exchange, credit note, or refund.
